The report summarises the findings of the Creating Opportunities through Local Innovation Fellowships (COLIF) project - a collaboration between the Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership (OIEP), Cardiff University, the University of Exeter and the University of Oxford, supported by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).

Through interviews, case studies and participation in OIEP’s partnership activities, the research explored how public, private and voluntary sector organisations can work together to create fairer, more inclusive employment in Oxfordshire. It highlights the importance of trust, care and long-term collaboration, and shows how stronger cross-sector relationships can reduce duplication, build community confidence and make inclusion sustainable.
