Source it in Oxfordshire is a directory connecting Oxfordshire-based suppliers with organisations looking to buy goods and services locally.

The directory helps councils, developers, universities, hospitals and other Oxfordshire-based businesses identify local suppliers and build stronger local supply chains.

By making it easier to buy locally, the directory supports a more inclusive, sustainable and resilient Oxfordshire economy.

We are aiming to publish the first edition in late 2026.

If your organisation is local and provides goods or services to other businesses in Oxfordshire, you can submit your details to be featured in the directory.

Submitting your details is free and only takes a few minutes. Submissions will be verified by the OIEP team and the directory will be updated with new entries on a quarterly basis. We will contact you annually to reconfirm your details.

Who can apply?

The directory is intended to showcase businesses and organisations with a significant presence in Oxfordshire. To be eligible, applicants must have their principal office, headquarters, or a substantial trading or operational base within the county. Organisations whose primary operations are based elsewhere, and whose connection to Oxfordshire is limited to a small branch, satellite office or sales presence, are unlikely to be eligible.

We are particularly keen to feature businesses that are making a positive contribution to Oxfordshire's communities, economy or environment, for example those that:

• Have signed the OIEP charter
• Pay the Oxford or Real Living Wage
• Support people who may be excluded from employment
• Offer apprenticeships, training or skills opportunities
• Are working towards net zero or improving sustainability

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of a supplier’s ability to deliver goods, works or services.
