Developed by the Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership (OIEP), Cardiff University, the University of Exeter and the University of Oxford, and designed by Nifty Fox, the guide supports local economies to co-create fair employment opportunities that benefit everyone.

Rather than offering a prescriptive checklist, the guide presents six principles to help stakeholders embed inclusion as an ongoing practice. These principles emphasise lived experience leadership, place-based approaches, trauma awareness, and collaboration built on care and mutual respect.

Part of the of the Creating Opportunities through Local Innovation Fellowships (COLIF) project — a collaboration between the Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership (OIEP), Cardiff University, the University of Exeter and the University of Oxford, supported by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).
